I'm a coach with over a decade of experience — and a mother of two who understands this from both sides. I work with women who have been told they're "cleared"… but don't feel strong, confident, or fully connected to their bodies again.
Women who are ready to return to training — but want to do it the right way this time.

Most postpartum fitness skips the most important step: rebuilding the foundation.
Women are rushed back into workouts their bodies aren't prepared for — leading to frustration, compensation, and lingering issues like core weakness, leaking, and back pain.
At Mama Flow Co., we do things differently. Every program is built around a structured, evidence-based approach that focuses on:

My work is grounded in both experience and education. With over 12 years in the fitness industry and specialized training in pre- and postnatal performance, I combine clinical understanding with real-world application.
